Shipping & Exchange Policy

We strive to ship orders out 24-48 hours of placement. However, if there is an item that is out of stock or backordered, we will notify/email you once the order is complete.

Please note that we EXCHANGE ONLY within 30 days. Clothes must be unworn and with tags attached. We are also glad to extend a store credit. No REFUNDS.

Any orders NOT picked up within 3 months/90 days of purchase Poindexter's is NOT responsible for.
