Shipping & Exchange Policy

We strive to ship orders out 24-48 hours of placement. However, if there is an item that is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you once complete. 

Please note that we EXCHANGE ONLY within 30 days. Clothes must be unworn and with tags attached. We are also glad to extend a store credit. No REFUNDS.

Any orders NOT picked up within 3 months/90 days of purchase Poindexter's is NOT responsible for.
