Hours of Operation:

We are open Tuesday-Friday, 10:00-5:30 p.m., Saturday, 10:00-1:30 p.m. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.  Please note our website for special closings.

We offer on-line ordering 24/7.

Exchange Policy:

Poindexter's will exchange ANY items, logo or non-logo, as long as the tags are still on the item and is accompanied by a receipt and within the 30 days from the date of purchase.  Purchases made during the summer season (June-August) may be exchanged up to 30 days after the first day of school. Any monogrammed items do NOT qualify for exchanges or refunds.

Please note we do not offer refunds.
